Audit Associate

Description of Responsibilities:

1. Conducts field audit procedures on assigned projects to observe and evaluate the daily activities of process owners. This involves interviewing staff and performing walkthroughs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Specifically, the audit covers inventory management, personnel and labor practices, fixed asset tracking, the handling of accountable forms, and the management of petty cash funds. the goal is to verify accuracy, adherence to policies, and policies documentation across these areas.
2. Document the procedure and internal controls tested for the project site.
3. Report and document findings, issues and pilferage noted during the audit, addressed to the accountable persons and the processes involved.
