Audit & Assurance Senior Manager

The Senior Manager will play a key role within our Capital Markets Transactions (CMT) group within Assurance--> Technical Accounting & Reporting. We are seeking professionals who want to build off their IPO and transactions experience to oversee complex engagement related to IPO/SPAC readiness and execution as well as other transactions and technical accounting projects. This individual will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, providing technical guidance, project oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality delivery to our clients.
