Job Description

• Support the Chief Audit Executive (CAE), COE Heads, Senior Audit/Audit Managers in carrying out the ARCs oversight responsibility to the shareholders by providing reasonable assurance and identifying improvement opportunities related to Globe Group's financial reporting processes and internal controls.
• Enhance external auditor independence and audit quality, internal audit function, regulatory compliance, assessment, and review of material related party transactions (RPTs), and all aspects of business operations including subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates.
