Audit Inventory

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and spot checks.
• Compare physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Review and audit inventory transactions including receiving, transfers, returns, and dispatch.
• Evaluate internal controls related to inventory management and storage.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor high-value inventory items to prevent loss or fraud.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support external auditors during annual audits.

Qualifications & Requirements
