Key Responsibilities
Supervise the execution of audit engagements for financial services clients, with a focus on banking and capital markets, in compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit portfolios, managing budgets, resourcing strategies, billing, and collections.
 Oversee the management of audit portfolios, including monitoring progress against plans, timelines, and milestones.
Drive the client experience by managing client relationships and accounts effectively.
Build and manage a professional audit team, providing regular coaching and feedback for continuous performance enhancement.
Engage the team to deliver value-added services to clients.
Maintain a working knowledge of accounting literature, trends, and technical issues relevant to the financial services industry.
