Audit Manager, CPA

Principal Responsibilities
Highly involved in planning and performing financial audits using firm's audit methodology.
Oversees the audit engagements' progress and execution of planned procedures.
Effectively apply knowledge in audit, accounting, and financial reporting standards and other regulatory requirements to the assigned jobs, specific to clients' concerns and determine where they may impact the client.
Apply knowledge of the firm's audit methodology to perform and document the result of audit work using the firm's audit tool.
Identifies audit issues and escalates to the partners as necessary.
Capable to lead/manage the audit team, reviewing their work, and providing guidance.
Keep up ties with other engagement teams, track team progress against the plan, and push for performance when needed.
Develops a framework of coaching and mentoring and improves team skills.
Conducts training to staff both accounting and auditing standards.
