Audit Manager

We are seeking an Audit professional with  EAAA Fellowship Certificate and has hands-on UAE audit experience to join our client in Accounting & Business Advisory in Dubai. 

Responsibilities:

Audit & Assurance

• Plan, execute, and review statutory and internal audits within the UAE.
• Prepare, review, and finalize audit working papers, financial statements, and reports.
• Assess internal controls, audit risks, and complex transactions.
• Address challenging audit areas, including related party transactions, going concern, and accounting judgments.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Apply UAE Commercial Companies Law, professional ethics, and independence standards.
• Ensure audits comply with UAE regulatory and professional requirements.
