Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for the company's retail gasoline stations and corporate office, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Conduct audits focused on assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, financial reporting, and adherence to government regulations, such as those set by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Energy (DOE), and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
- Identify key risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that company operations are fully compliant with Philippine laws.
- Assess and improve processes related to petroleum inventory reconciliation, fuel pricing, and point-of-sale systems to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Detect fraud, theft, or discrepancies in cash and fuel stock management, and propose corrective actions.
