Audit Manager

Internal Audit

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across retail operations, service stations, depots, logistics, finance, inventory, cash handling, and HSSE.
• Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and system audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, and governance processes.
• Perform surprise cash, fuel, and inventory audits at stations and depots.
• Identify control weaknesses, fraud risks, revenue leakage, and policy violations.
• Lead investigations on pilferage, losses, integrity issues, and misconduct in coordination with HR and management.

External Audit Coordination

• Act as primary liaison with external audit firms.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits, special audits, and regulatory audits.
• Prepare schedules and documents required by external auditors.
• Facilitate audit fieldwork, management interviews, and site visits.
