Job Description

  Key Responsibilities: 
  Firm Quality Assurance: 
 Design and enforce firm-wide quality control policies and procedures
 Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and network policies.
 Monitor the implementation of the firm’s overall system of quality management and corrective actions.
 Conduct regular cold and hot file reviews of audit engagements to ensure compliance with the firm’s audit methodology, network policies and professional standards.
  Risk Assessment and Management 
 Identify and assess potential risks related to audit engagements.
 Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
 Ensure audit practices comply with auditing standards (ISA (Ireland)), regulatory requirements, and network policies.
 Prepare and present risk assessment reports for the firm’s leadership.
