Audit Manager / Senior Manager

TPF Recruitment is working with a prestigious Top 15 UK accountancy practice, seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their expanding Not-for-Profit (NFP) audit team.
This specialist team works with a diverse range of clients including charities, higher education institutions and trade unions. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, deliver high-quality audits and play a key role in business development, sector networking and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver audits for NFP clients from planning to completion.

Review statutory accounts under Charities SORP, Further and Higher Education SORP and FRS 102.

Supervise and develop junior team members, conducting appraisals and providing technical guidance.

Maintain and build strong client relationships.

Support business development through tenders, events and article contributions.
