Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts provincial and plant audit.

2. Checks Fixed and Piece rate payroll including preparation of yearly 13th month pay and request. Detects discrepancies to payroll summary VS DTR (Timekeeping System)

3. Checks weekly warehouse expenses completeness, validity and compliance with approved budget.

4. Checks collection reports for GMA and Provincial areas, and Aging of Receivables.
