Audit Staff

Position Overview:

The Audit Staff is responsible for assisting in the execution of internal audits, compliance reviews, and other projects as assigned. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Audit Staff will work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conducting regular store inventory audits and cycle counts
• Validating actual stock versus Odoo system inventory records
• Reviewing stock movements such as deliveries, transfers, returns, and pull-outs
• Identifying inventory discrepancies, negative stock, and unrecorded transactions
