Audit Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Audit Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement annual audit plans.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations, sales transactions, inventory movement, and financial records.
• Perform surprise cash counts and inventory spot checks.
• Review compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

2. Financial & Operational Review

• Audit collections, receivables, and treasury transactions.
• Verify accuracy of Sales Invoices (SI), Delivery Receipts (DR), and Official Receipts (OR).
• Review inventory reconciliation reports and variance analysis.
• Evaluate branch operations and field sales processes.

3. Internal Control & Risk Management

• Assess effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Identify risks related to cash handling, inventory shrinkage, and credit exposure.
