Audit Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage audit engagements, including risk assessment and development of audit programs.
• Assign tasks to audit staff and ensure timely execution of audit procedures.
• Supervise fieldwork and ensure that auditing standards are followed when conducting audits.
• Lead, train, and mentor audit staff, providing feedback and guidance for their development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of auditing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and risk management.
