JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Responsible for SAP purchasing transactions, report preparation, and ensuring accuracy of Sap data.

2. Generate reports on purchasing metrics.

3. Seeks vendors that offer a combination of quality products and services at an acceptable price level, availability, and delivery schedule.

4. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.

5. Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.

6. Prepare requisition of payment intended for payments on purchases delivered and monitor payment breakdown and fulfillment and liquidation/replenishment of accounting funds.

7. Presentation of cost comparison to top management to obtain purchase approval.
