Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities

• High-level planning of audit assignments
• Co-ordinate with clients and maintain a strong professional relationship
• Monitor audit progress and resolve key audit issues and technical matters
• Supervise audit teams to ensure efficient engagement management
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with the firm’s audit methodology, quality management processes, and professional standards
• Maintain effective communication between audit staff, clients, and partners to facilitate smooth engagement execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and staff development

Required skills and experience

• Successful completion and discharge of a SAICA Training Contract
• Minimum academic requirement of at least having obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA)
