Auditor / Audit Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, highly independent Auditor / Audit Lead to establish and lead the audit function. This role is designed for a professional who already knows how to operate and can build audit systems, frameworks, and methodologies from the ground up.

This position is not checklist-driven. You will be expected to define what good looks like, determine where risks exist, and proactively design audit approaches that ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong professional judgment, deep technical expertise, and the confidence to operate independently in an environment without an existing audit structure.
