Auditor, Incoming Inspection

Overview:
This role is responsible for auditing, testing, and inspecting raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understands and uses inspection instructions, test plans, inspection plans, process instructions, engineering drawings, etc.
- Utilizes SAP for materials lists, engineering drawings, material location, inspection plans, material movements, etc.
- Performs visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials, sub-assemblies, and products following the appropriate instructions.
- Understands and applies sampling plans.
- Uses measurement and testing instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ohmmeters, and rulers.
- Operates vision system equipment, including the Keyence VHX and Keyence VR3200, etc.
- Uses coordinate measuring machines, such as the Romer Arm, OGP, and CMM.
- Prepares reports and fills out records of inspections, audits, and other activities.
