Overview

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring on behalf of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the position of Auditor - Inland Revenue across the South Region, including: LTO Karachi, CTO Karachi, MTO Karachi, RTO-I Karachi, RTO-II Karachi, RTO Sukkur, RTO Hyderabad, RTO Quetta, PCA HQ, and PCA South.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Audits: Assist officers in desk audits, investigative audits, forensic audits, and field audits of Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Federal Excise matters.
• Data Reconciliation: Analyze taxpayer declarations and reconcile Income Tax, Sales Tax, Federal Excise, Customs, and CVT data to detect discrepancies, fraud, and compliance issues.
• Examine Records: Review tax returns, books of accounts, financial statements, vouchers, ledgers, purchase/sales records, stock reports, and ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and tax laws.
