Position Summary

Senior Trade Compliance Leader with extensive experience supporting import and export operations. This position provides advanced guidance to ensure compliance with regulations in Mexico, the United States, and other foreign countries related to international trade activities. Contributes to the development of trade processes to prepare and obtain all required government import and export licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations. Develops licensing plans and provides guidance to ensure accurate export and import transactions. Maintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with government requirements. Contributes to training programs and audit assessments to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls. Supports investigations and resolution of trade compliance matters.
