Job Description

• Ensure that all business processes are compliant with the current policies and procedures of the company along with relevant rules and regulations of BIR, DOLE, etc.
• Establish Branch Funds by performing Cash Count
• Check compliance of Branches in adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Checking the accuracy of financial reports.
• Give recommendations to solve problems and improve company policies and procedures.
• Conducting follow-ups on audit findings to responsible department/employee concern.
• Validation of Charge Clients Balances as per system.
• Reviewing Quarterly Reports
• Assessing company risks
• Gathering and analyzing data
• In-charged of checking and verifying the selling of disposal of an old and defective company assets.
