Job Description

• Support the implementation of the company's Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) objectives in alignment with RBA standards.
• Manage CSER requirements for KPPH (FPIP/LIMA) and ensure compliance across all relevant areas.
• Provide recommendations and strategic input to strengthen and continuously improve the company's CSER initiatives.
• Coordinate with department PICs to collect data, monitor progress, and ensure the timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist the Manager in preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports based on CSER objectives, customer and third-party audits, and internal audit results.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients/customers regarding CSER-related concerns and requirements.
