Job Description

• Support the execution of the company's Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) programs in alignment with RBA standards.
• Oversee and manage CSER requirements for KPPH (FPIP/LIMA), ensuring full compliance across all applicable areas.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance and continuously improve CSER initiatives.
• Coordinate with department PICs to gather necessary data, track progress, and ensure timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist the Manager in preparing detailed weekly and monthly reports covering CSER objectives, customer and third-party audit results, and internal audit findings.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients/customers for all CSER-related matters and requirements.
