About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auditor/Encoder to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC.' in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve conducting internal audits and accurately encoding financial data to support our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
2. Reviewing and verifying financial records, invoices, and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
3. Identifying areas for process improvement and providing recommendations to management
4. Encoding financial data into our systems with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the audit process
6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support audit findings
