Audit/Tax Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a talented Audit/Tax Assistant to join our team at KK ANG & Partners in Penang. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Audit and Tax services, contributing to the overall success and growth of our firm.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements
2. Gather and analyze financial data, prepare audit work papers and documentation
3. Participate in the preparation of tax returns and tax planning for clients
4. Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports
5. Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information and clarify queries
6. Provide administrative support to the Audit and Tax teams as needed
7. Perform other related duties as assigned from management from time to time.
