POSITION TYPE CASUAL
Position Summary: 
We are seeking compassionate, responsible, and resilient individuals to join our team as Casual Residential Care Providers in a specialized residential program supporting two homes, each with two high-risk teenage girls, currently in the care of CFS.

The youth in this home have experienced sexual exploitation, trauma, addictions and complex emotional and behavioral needs. Staff play a critical role in providing consistent supervision, emotional support, safety planning, and trauma-informed care within a caring, supportive, non-judgemental, culturally appropriate home.

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide 24/7 supervision and care within a residential home environment.

Build safe, trusting relationships with youth who have experienced trauma and exploitation.

Support youth in developing life skills, emotional regulation, and healthy coping strategies.
