About The Role
The Autism Care Intake Coordinator plays a key role in supporting families seeking ABA therapy by managing intake workflows, reviewing required information, and ensuring readiness for care.
This role requires hands-on experience in ABA or autism care and strong coordination skills. You will balance administrative accuracy with compassionate communication, helping families feel supported while keeping intake records complete and organized.
Spanish-speaking ability is a strong advantage due to the population served.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate intake for new ABA patients
Review referrals, intake forms, and required documentation
Communicate intake progress and requirements to families
Maintain accurate records in intake and tracking systems
