Auto‑Electrician (Side Tipper Trailers & Taut Liners)

Our client within the logistics and transportation industry is looking for an auto-electrician. Candidates are required to be a qualified Auto-Electrician having completed their Trade Test, or Red Seal. Proven experience with trailers or commercial fleets is required, as well as a valid driver's license.
In order to be successful at the role, one is required to have the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals, as well as strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.  You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing and maintaining electrical systems and components on Side Tipper Trailers & Taut Liners, ensuring safe operation & minimal downtime of fleet equipment.
Responsibilities & Competencies:

• An understanding of 12V & 24V trailer electrical systems. 
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults 
• Ensuring work meets health, safety and quality standards.
