JOB SUMMARY:

The Auto Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and roadworthy. The position supports fleet operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related vehicle problems
• Perform preventive maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacement, and tune-ups
• Troubleshoot vehicle systems including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking systems
• Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment
• Conduct road tests to ensure repairs are effective and vehicles are safe for operation
