Autobody Production Manager

Overview Cardiff Collision has expanded and we are looking to fill a position at our new Fleet Division.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations on the production floor.

Open and close shop, delegate work to repair technicians, manage sublets and spearhead production meetings.

Assist with estimates as necessary, communicate with insurance providers and manage movement of vehicles.

Conduct final vehicle inspection and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Experience in high‑quality collision repair.

Effective leadership and above‑average supervisory skills.

Good understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies.

Strong work attitude, excellent time management and organizational skills.

Positive team spirit within the department and support of other departments.
