AutoCAD Drafter

Scope of Work:

• Produce floor plans and detailed drawings for fit-out and renovation works within hospital premises.
• Prepare interior perspectives and 3D renderings for presentation purposes.
• Perform site visits for ongoing projects as required.

Software Skills (Required):

• AutoCAD – 2D planning and layout
• SketchUp – 3D modeling
• V-Ray – 3D rendering
• Lumion – 3D rendering

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, or related course
• With strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion
• Experience in fit-out, renovation, or healthcare projects is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with good visualization and presentation skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on a contractual for 3-months
