Autocare Shop Operation Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the overall autocare shop operations.

AUTOCARE OPERATION

• Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of all vehicles

• Oversee workshop efficiency, technician performance, and adherence to service standards.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

• Ensure workshop operations follow safety and quality standards

• Ensure that services are delivered in an efficient and timely manner

• Ensure that all equipment are properly cleaned and maintained

• Ensure that the daily inventory of consumables is sufficient to sustain at least one month of operations

• Track and control costs to stay within financial target

• Conduct regular staff training in technical skills and sales techniques.
