Automatic Stamping Machine Operator – Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and maintaining the automatic stamping machine to ensure accurate foil or embossing application according to job specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate an automatic stamping machine (foil/emboss/deboss).
• Prepare dies, foil rolls, and materials before production.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and alignment for proper stamping.
• Perform test runs prior to mass production.
• Inspect output to ensure quality and avoid rejects.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper machine care.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
