Automation & AI Systems Builder software developer (Real Estate)

Remote | Overseas | Full-Time

We're a U.S.-based real estate investment company that operates in all 50 states. We generate thousands of leads per year and need a systems builder to connect our tools, clean our data, and build internal AI utilities that support sales and underwriting and growth for the future. We need someone who is smart and bright.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will be building, and solve complex problems that will be your responsiblity to have an answer. I never want to hear the word impossible.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain automations between:

• Zapier / n8n
• Google Sheets
• Call tracking systems
• Create internal tools for:
• Lead scoring & prioritization
• Follow-up intelligence
• Deal underwriting support
