Automation Analyst- Junior

Job Summary: The Automation Analyst will play a critical role in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Administration departments - specifically for Payroll and HRIS data validation. This individual will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using various technologies to streamline manual processes, reduce errors, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Identification:

• 1. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in HR, Payroll, Finance, and Admin to understand existing business processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint opportunities for automation and improvement.
• 1. Conduct detailed process mapping and documentation (e.g., as-is and to-be process flows) to clearly define automation scope and requirements.
