Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
:Create detailed automation design proposal including controls design, electrical and pneumatic, specifying hardware and components, testing, commissioning, and validation. Develop and verify safety systems, understand safety risk assessments
Interpret/read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
Prepare and release drawings for new projects, record changes diligently, and release updated drawings
Install, program, and integrate PLC, HMI, robots, tooling, drives, actuators, sensors, vision systems, start-up, debugging and compliance with internal and customer standards
Program Fanuc, Yasawaka and Kuka welding and material handling robots
Program and maintain robots online/offline using (CIM Station, Fanuc Weld Pro, MotoSim, and Robot Studio)
