Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative professional to join our team in driving enterprise automation initiatives focused on risk management. Our team values technical leadership and effective communication to enable optimal tool selection and support business partners across various lines of business.

Responsibilities:
Lead automation requests and determine suitable tools or platforms for project needs.
Conduct meetings and discussions with business stakeholders and team members to answer questions and coordinate actions.
Provide minimal mentoring to junior team members and support ongoing Agile sprints.
Perform light coding as needed to address automation requirements.
