Role Summary
The Automation & AI Manager leads the enterprise automation and artificial intelligence agenda, driving scalable digital transformation across key business functions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Automation & Innovation, this role oversees a team of specialists and delivers high‑impact automation, intelligent process, and AI solutions that enhance efficiency, resilience, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise automation & AI roadmap aligned with the Digital Automation & Innovation strategy.
Manage the automation & AI portfolio , including prioritization, business case development, and value tracking.
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of RPA, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, conversational AI, analytics, and generative AI solutions.
