Automation Business Analyst

Position Overview

The Automation Business Analyst will be responsible for enabling high-quality business automation solutions in an Agile framework that delivers valued business outcomes and informed decisions for Zelis stakeholders.
The Automation Business Analyst is a core part of the Process team to facilitate clear and open communication between Business Owners, Scrum/Development, Production Support, and Product Owners. This role provides a major contribution to enhancing Zelis' overall capacity to meet the information technology needs of an ever-evolving automation market.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Subject Matter Expert and liaison between the teams; partner with one or more Product Owners on key initiatives and prioritization efforts.

Gather requirements/acceptance criteria for Robotic Process Automations (RPA) initiatives centered around the automation of business processes.

Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
