About the role

We are seeking an Automation, CRM & Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at OLA RISK MANAGEMENT SDN BHD. This full-time position is based in Kota Warisan Selangor, and you will play a crucial role in streamlining our business operations through the effective implementation and maintenance of automation and CRM solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency across various business functions
2. Manage and optimise our customer relationship management (CRM) system to improve customer experience and data-driven decision making
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address pain points in our business processes
4. Analyse data and generate reports to provide meaningful insights that drive operational improvements
