On behalf of a pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in Switzerland, we are looking for an Automation & Digitalization Manager to lead the digital transformation of industrial operations in a regulated GMP environment.

This is a strategic leadership role, acting as a bridge between IT, Engineering and Production, with a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term manufacturing performance.

The context

The site is undergoing a significant modernisation programme, investing heavily in automation, digital systems and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

You will define and execute the automation and digitalisation roadmap while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
