Job Description

The Automation and Transformation Specialist is responsible for leading strategic retail automation projects across various channels. This role involves spearheading solution development, providing expert guidance, identifying opportunities for automation, researching, evaluating, and recommending best-in-class automation technologies, and developing comprehensive training plans for store personnel on new automated processes.


Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, create user stories, and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on customer needs and business KPIs.
Tactical Execution (Project Management): Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and manage cross-functional R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Market & User Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather user feedback to validate product concepts and enhance existing products.
