Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: Friday 6AM - 2PM. Saturday and Sunday 6AM - 6PM. Monday 6AM -2 PM
The Maintenance Automation Technician is accountable to the Maintenance Supervisor for all activities related to troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and systems as well as completion of necessary preventative maintenance; and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Production Manager.

 Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responds promptly and acts independently and autonomously to troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, computerized, controls and electronic systems having complex automation and inter-related circuits (i.e. PLCs, controllers, drives, electronic circuits, industrial PC’s) in order to determine best course of action to address breakdowns and repairs.
