Position Summary

Support factory operations by ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient automation, control, and electrical systems. Drive equipment performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety, product quality, and compliance.

A Day in the Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and control systems
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation equipment
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of automation projects
• Improve line efficiency through process control and system optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and engineering standards
• Train operators and technicians on automation systems
• Apply TPM and digital/engineering tools (NSAT, NIMS, AMM, etc.)
