Automation Engineer | Staff / non-line Manager | MIRAI Program Group, Yamagata Plant

**Responsibilities**

+ Shall monitor and review all FEL3 and EPC contractor’s technical work.
+ Monitor the development of engineering strategies, procedures and work processes.
+ Identify and implement, cost saving and optimization opportunities.
+ Engineering standardization, quality, time, cost and safety benchmarking.
+ A value engineering program.
+ Integrated operating plan for the Project including plant interconnection, start-up sequence, operating and shutdown philosophies.
+ Optimization of infrastructure, offsites and utilities.
+ Project and process design conditions standards and codes, Japan and BI-requirements for design, execution, documentation, permitting and operation.
+ Quality standards and procedures.
+ Safety, Health and Environmental codes, standards and regulations.
+ Understand Numbering systems for plant areas and equipment items, piping and instrumentation items, roads, buildings and all documentation.
