Job Description
Automation Engineer
Non-Negotiable:
· Strong hands-on experience with Python for automation, scripting, operational tooling, and diagnostics
· Solid proficiency in PowerShell for Windows-based automation, infrastructure tasks, and system integrations
· Demonstrated ability to deliver automation end-to-end: solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment to production, and support
· Experience building automations across self-healing, health checks, operational tools, recovery scripts, and request fulfillment
· Strong debugging skills (logs/metrics/alerts), robust error handling, and resilience patterns (retries, rollbacks, idempotency)
· Highly creative mindset—able to propose innovative automation approaches and continuously improve processes
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
