AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Non-negotiable Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with 
  Python
  for automation, scripting, operational tooling, and diagnostics
• Solid proficiency in 
  PowerShell
  for Windows-based automation, infrastructure tasks, and system integrations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver automation end-to-end: solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment to production, and support
• Experience building automations across 
  self-healing, health checks,
  operational tools, recovery scripts, and request fulfillment
• Strong 
  debugging skills
  (logs/metrics/alerts), robust error handling, and resilience patterns (retries, rollbacks, idempotency)

Other Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in automation engineering, scripting, or operational tooling
• Experience integrating with APIs and handling JSON/XML; familiarity with authentication (OAuth, tokens) is a plus
