• Continuously monitor automated processes, perform troubleshooting, and ensure ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on using automation tools.
• Identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancements of existing automation solutions.
