Automation & Generative AI Specialist (Low-Code / No-Code)

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Automation & Generative AI Specialist who can design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows using low-code/no-code tools. This role focuses on execution, experimentation, and business automation, not academic research.
You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to automate internal processes, customer workflows, and AI assistants across sales, HR, operations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Workflow Design
Design and implement end-to-end automations using low-code / no-code platforms
Automate business processes across:
Sales & lead management
Customer support
HR & recruitment
Internal operations & reporting
Integrate multiple tools via APIs and webhooks
Generative AI & AI Agents
Build and deploy AI assistants / agents using LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4/5, Claude, etc.)
Create prompt structures, system instructions, and guardrails
